Platform
BP1.ai is an AI Operating System for Business Transformation. It helps organizations recover how work happens today, redesign processes for the AI era, run the approved workflow with employees and AI agents, and improve every new version using execution evidence.
General-purpose AI is powerful for reasoning, content and personal productivity, but most of that work remains inside private conversations. BP1.ai turns AI participation into a shared business process: roles, responsibility, approvals, systems, execution history and measurable outcomes remain connected after the original interaction ends.
These products are strong in different categories: process architecture, process intelligence or technical orchestration. BP1.ai connects the full transformation cycle — from fragmented process knowledge to an AI-ready design, accountable execution and the next improved version. The right choice depends on your environment; BP1.ai can also work above the systems you already use.
People & AI
Real business work is multiplayer. It moves between employees, teams, systems and decisions. In BP1.ai, the process becomes the shared environment where multiple people and AI agents contribute to one outcome, responsibility stays visible and the work becomes part of the company’s operating system instead of disappearing into isolated chats.
Yes. You can begin with drafts, legacy process documents, old flowcharts, interview transcripts, text, voice, PDF, Excel or images. BP1.ai turns the available knowledge into a reviewable current-state process, so your team does not need to start from a blank page.
AI Reimagine creates a reviewable future-state process designed for the AI era. It helps the team rethink how work should flow between people and AI while keeping business intent, critical decisions and human control visible. Changes are reviewed before the process moves into execution.
The approved process creates one accountable workflow. Employees handle decisions, approvals and work that requires human judgment. AI can complete bounded tasks or act within defined permissions and rules. The organization decides where AI may act and where a person must review, approve or override the result.
Enterprise
No. BP1.ai is designed to work above the existing technology stack. CRM, ERP and other systems continue to hold and process operational data, while BP1.ai provides shared process context across people, AI agents and connected systems.
Corporate pilots can use REST API, webhooks, CRM and ERP connectors, and file import or export. The final integration scope depends on the selected process, systems involved and security requirements.
A corporate pilot starts with discovery and one material process. Together, we define the expected business result and prepare the process for execution. The required pilot outcome is a running workflow with human tasks and AI agents, configured for the agreed operating context.
Timing is agreed after discovery. It depends on process complexity, available source materials, integration scope, security requirements and the people involved in validation and approvals. BP1.ai does not publish a fixed timeline before these factors are understood.
The current integration allows ChatGPT and Claude to create, retrieve and update BPMN diagrams in BP1.ai.
No. Workflow Execution is not exposed through the BP1.ai MCP Server. The current MCP access is limited to BPMN diagram creation, retrieval and updates.
The BP1.ai MCP Server uses the open Model Context Protocol and has been tested with ChatGPT and Claude. This does not imply a commercial partnership with OpenAI or Anthropic.
Security
BP1.ai supports encryption, role-based access, process versioning and controlled AI actions. Customer data is not used to train models. Daily backups are retained for 30 days and include automatic integrity checks.
BP1.ai can be deployed in the shared BP1.ai cloud, a dedicated cloud environment or on-premise. The appropriate option is selected during discovery based on security, integration and operational requirements.
Pricing
Self-service is designed for analysts, consultants and small teams that need process modeling and documentation. It includes BPMN creation from text, voice and images, model editing, BPMN 2.0 XML import and export, process documentation, and a versioned process base. Process Mining, Workflow Execution, AI tasks and AI agents, enterprise integrations, Operational Twin, dedicated cloud and on-premise deployment are configured through a corporate pilot.
Self-service Start and Pro plans are currently $10 and $49 per user per month. Enterprise pricing follows a platform fee plus usage model and reflects the agreed scope for execution, AI activity, integrations, deployment and support.
